Privacy policy

Here is what The Sleep Atlas knows about its readers, and the requests you can make about it. You can read every page without handing over any personal details.

1. What we receive

Simply reading the site gives us no information about who you are. The contact form sends us the name, email address, and message you type in, and they’re used only to answer you or to fix a page you’ve flagged.

2. Cookies and tracking

No cookies are placed on your device, and the site carries no ad trackers. Visits are counted only as totals, without anything that identifies you, so you won’t see a cookie notice.

3. Who sees your information

Personal information sent to us isn’t sold, rented, or passed on to other companies.

4. How long messages are kept

Only as long as it takes to deal with them.

5. Your choices

Use the contact page if you’d like a copy of anything we hold about you, a correction, or its removal. Residents of some countries and states can also take a privacy complaint to their local regulator.

6. Children

The site is meant for adult readers, not children under 13, and we don’t knowingly gather information from anyone that young.

7. Updates to this policy

Any change to this policy is marked by a new date above the introduction.
